Anyone watching this magnificent show?

yup, well I've seen about 3 or 4 episodes. I enjoyed each one! good show

Breaking Bad is nothing short of awesome. Crantson is one hell of an actor.

I watched the season premeire. It was good, but then I forgot about it.

Thoroughly enjoy this show. Have to to watch this week's yet.

You should try to catch back up. Only 11 have aired thus far.

Damn good. Especially the first two of this season. And the opening scenes of each.

FWIW, Stephen King says it's the best scripted show on television, right now.

Yes, yes he is. I always pegged him as Malcolm's dad, but I've been told that if you go back he was awesome in that crappy show.

Breaking Bad is absolutely the best written/best acted show on television. Too bad that nobody is watching.

Good for us that this is an AMC show, but it seriously needs to be on a network like HBO or Showtime to allow the other stuff, but its becoming one of my favorite serious shows. I mean, i love comedy shows, but this show is pure bad ass.

This show is just pure goodness all the way through. The first season when they put that body in acid and the guy put that shit in his bathtub and the acid ate through the floor and they had a half decayed corpse on the floor almost made me throw up. I was like holy SHIT!!!!!!!!!!! lol.

Hmmm... I may need to look into this show.

I was wondering how AMC snagged it. It screams Showtime or HBO because of the deep content matter and language, etc.

That character is so intense, I didn't even make the connection that Tuco was being played by Cruz, who plays [southern belle accent] 'DEE-tektif SAHN-chezz' [/sba] on The Closer.

I jumped in last episode and was all sorts of intrigued and confused. I plan on starting at the beginning....

Best show on TV. The episodes just get better and better. And the portrayals of the drugs and drug lifestyle are the most accurate I've seen on a TV show.

We started watching this last night. Great concept for a show.
The actress who plays Marie Schrader is the one who bought our house in the 'hills last year. Nice people.

Show pushes the envelope for being on cable tv.

I caught it, I kept thinking its a bomb and then BOOM! Twisted show, I like it.

As with LOST, http://sepinwall.blogspot.com has some nice write ups after each episode. I thought the ending of the episode was one of the better moments. So plausible and I could empathize with it.

When they first walked up to it I was thinking, damn idiots what if it's a bomb, don't federal agents think of things like this? And then, nothing, laughing at the Gringo, but wait, BOOOM!

This is the only show I religiously watch right now. What a great show.

Its an A and E show, it doesnt need good ratings. The show has been renewed for season 3 after episode 3 of season 2 came out. Its doing just fine.

badass show, better than anything else out right now

I thought the first season was pretty good but I have been completely blown away by the second season. Nothing else is even close to as original and entertaining as this show.

Yeah, i didnt see that either. I was just in shock because it was a servered head. I think everyone was shocked like that, but i guess its good that he got sick and backed away. I think he's going to quit his job and then he will find out what Walt is doing.

I don't think so. I just think he's going to move up the ranks in Albuquerque and start seeing the same blue meth popping up. Eventually, I think he'll have to make a choice. But I think that'll be closer to the end of the season.

Who knows, really? So far, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Glorious television.


Also, has anyone else noticed they stopped censoring most language?

I like how he convinces his partner to take advantage of the rep he's unknowingly earned by telling him he's like a blowfish. I think the downfall will ultimately be the stupidity of the crew he's putting together.

Thoughts on Sunday's episode? For some reason I loved Saul.

the show is good, it will not last long unfortunately. America likes dumb shit and this show is not that.

They've already signed for a new season, I believe.

Awesome show. I have every episode taped. Both Cranston and the kid do a great job. It got some comedy relief in last episode when he fell in the crapper! Good stuff.

I was a big fan of Saul too. I like the last scene when he came to the school and proposed the Godfather setup. That's going to make for an interesting new twist.

Was there a more badass moment this season than the end of this episode?

Yeah, it all came together nicely. The music, the mood...perfect.

haha, Walt is definately turning into a crazy son of a bitch. The scene with his son and the cop was bad ass as well.

I loved it. Walt is going to become a tweaker, working on his house all hours of the day and night.

I stand corrected. Most Badass TV moment in recent history.

Holy shit! This show just keeps getting more intense.

Alright, time for the most bad ass show on TV!

Personally, I loved it. And it was more the little moments and camera angles and things that made this episode memorable. I don't feel cheated in the least. Well, unless you count feeling cheated that i have to wait til 2010 to continue watching....

Great episode as usual, but I'm pissed. The season is over, now what do I do on Sunday nights until football season? Nice suspense at the ending, Sky leaving Walt because she knows something is up, but doesn't even want to know what anymore. Shit, what's a meth maker like Walt got to do?

By far, the BEST show on television. I can't wait for the new season to start.

While I think that Mad Men is the best drama on TV right now, Breaking Bad is my favorite drama on TV right now. This show is sooooo damn good.

I think Mad Men is the next thing I try to watch. Still chugging on HIMYM, which is, in fact, glorious.

There's only one downside to HIMYM. Watching them without a week in between each episode lets each awesome quoteable line nestle itself into memory only to be replaced seconds later with a new one rendering an outside quoting virtually impossible.

Another friendly reminder that the new season starts this Sunday night.

Excited. Just bought Season 2 DVD's and watched them all. Again :)

Premieres tonight before The Pacific.

I'm more excited about the Breaking Bad premier than I am about the Mizzou/West Virginia game.

J/K it was a very intense episode but lost some of it's interesting themes. Hopefully the new storylines are as interesting as the past storylines.

The speech in the gym was great. Every episode needs just a little more Hank.

Listening to Walt trying to rationalize the crash was double face-palm worthy. ROFL

wow, I was hipped to this show just yesterday... halfway through the first season. SO good. This show puts crap like FlashForward to shame.

he was right though in that speech. No matter what happens, you just move on. Like it or not you have no choice but to move on. It was the blunt ass truth no one likes to hear.

its because it kinda feels real. I been in "the game" i know how it operates and its pretty damned close. some stuff is a bit over the top, but its a tv show, but its pretty much how it works.

Sure, accuracy helps. But I place the show's accuracy of the meth game below things like cinematorgrapy, pacing, and Brian Cranston's devastating embodiment of the American middle class when it comes to reasons that the show is great.

Conflict.



All the great shows have conflict, whether it's between two people or within a charcter.



Breaking Bad is loaded with it.
