There's an old article on Snopes about this Japanese dude who had fly larvae in his head and maggots were actually eating his brain. Google it if you want, I have no desire to view the images again. Creeped me out for a week.

The videos of zit popping on people's backs is way worse. This is actually pretty wild. I wonder if she'll have a permanent sinus infection for the rest of her life now?
