Shocks yesterday finished off the regular season on Senior Day with a 81-58 win over Drake, to finish off the regular season at 26-4 and 16-2 in MVC play. These shocks have to be one the more dominant teams in the MVC in recent memory, they outscored valley foes by a margin of 15 points a game, which is unheard of in the valley and they outscored their total opponents by around 16 a game. Lets hope we keep it up and do something no other Shocker team has done and win the MVC tourney in Archmadness

This team has the potential to beat anyone in the tourney . It's going to be fun watching.

Looks like the #15, #16,#17, and #18 all lost this week, so it looks like we may move up, to even #15

YES! It's nice to see us get some well-deserved attention, even here on CP where its mostly KU, K-State and MU.

Did you make the game Saturday? We streamed it at home and I had goose bumps the whole game! It's a great time to be a Shockers fan!

Yup I made it and went down to the court to see the celebration up close and personal. I have some nice pictures I took I will share later. Its a Great Day to be a Shocker!!!

Hold court the next 2 weeks and you're looking at a 4/5 seed. Put's you in a great position to make a deep run. I've watched you all play a few times this year, and this team isn't some mid-major cinderella. WSU can hang with anyone in the country.

GO SHOCKERS ......

All we got left is the MVC tourney this weekend and we are done til the NCAA. As long as we take care of biz in St. Louis, we can go to the NCAA with a nice 29-4 record and top 15 ranking.

Doesn't mean anything, but Lunardi has you as a 5-seed in his latest Bracketology

Love this

10. Wichita State Shockers
This may very well be the best Shocker team since Xavier McDaniel, Cliff Levingston and Aubrey Sherrod took the floor for Wichita State. Gregg Marshall has a team full of major conference talent, and this team plays hard and together. Toure' Murry is one of the best individual defenders in the country, and he is helping lead the best non-BCS conference team -- and one of the best overall teams -- in the country.
