NBC: Crossing Lines
Sunday Night premiere, the first European production ever on a major US network. William Fichtner and Donald Sutherland and a bunch of random europeople I've never heard of because I'm an ignorant-by-gawd-about-the-rest-of-the-world American.
Looks like a typical police procedural, but I'm giving it a shot anyway. It's June. Man Men's ending tonight, True Blood sucks balls, the Newsroom's not on for another month. I gotta find something else to watch other than Copper.... Screw NBC, here's the euro trailer: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OXcAL93SVBs?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
It's got to be better than The Event, right?
RIGHT? |
I'll give it a whirl.
But Mad Men deserves tonight, and Veep and Family Ties are more than worthy. The Newsroom? Blech, a hardly warmed over episode of Studio 60. |
I enjoyed the Newsroom, uneven as it was at times.
Main point was that it's time to cycle in some new Sunday shows, with GoT and now Man Men done for 2013. So I'll give this one a shot. It's still a while until Breaking Bad is back. |
Wasn't great, but wasn't too bad either. Needed a bit less infodump in the beginning and a bit stronger ending but I'll keep it in the queue for now.

Hated it. Too many damn accents that I have to really listed closely to even understand what the hell they are saying.
