My pal Page says his new favorite cocktail is "Snap." It's a ginger liquor. He mixes a shot of Snap with a shot of Knob Creek, over ice, and mixes with Ginger Ale. Says it's the perfect cocktail.

Page uses Vernor's Ginger Ale, but the recipe calls for Canada Dry or Schweppes.
