My hate lessened for a short time when he went off on Cassel after the Buffalo game this year and all of the other analysts were like "Oh, shit. Pioli's gonna kill you Shannon, you done ****ed up now." and refused to say anything bad.

He is and no TE will ever be a 1st ballot guy. That's contingent on who's eligible at the time, but it's highly unlikely that TG will be a 1st ballot HOF.
