Curtis Kelly believes he is Curtis Kelly. I'll be honest......I can't stand his ass or his antics. From his "who me" bullshit every time he mugs a guy and shit like he's doing right. Listen to what Frank says about why he's not playing and it's obvious he's dragging ass in practice which reflects his selfish attitude. I thought when it came out it was going to be bad when he was named 1st team Big XII. Inflating the ego of a guy that already has too much wasn't going to be good. How you could dog it in front of Frank just amazes me. Pains me to say we need his knuckle-dragging ass because of his length and talent. Just don't get how you can be the one guy on a team that is dogging it when everyone else is giving it their all........especially when he's a senior and supposed to be a leader. He's not going to break Frank's will either. He'll sit his ass until Curtis changes. Won't be the other way around I can guarantee you that.

I'm sure glad we've got Coach Martin. Hope Kelly comes around, if not see ya later.

Relax, it was this way last year, and it's the same this year. I'll gladly take the early season antics, especially if we get the CK that played like a 1st Team AB12 player for the last 12-15 games of the year. Frank is on top of this. It's all good. |

oh... lol.
So? I mean, I mean, BAD CK. No, No! FWIW, MB smoked NONSTOP all through freshman year. Every time I was around him (weekly) he reeked of the stickiest icky. This was later confirmed when he ****ed up at the Rookie Symposium. |

I just watched highlights of the Zags / SDSU game...
SDSU won because of rebounds and 2nd opportunities on missed shots. IOW, rebounds. I looked at the Zags roster, and as far as height goes, they are lacking. They have a 7 footer, a 6'10 and a 6'9 guy. If we go big, and force them to shoot 80% to beat us, I think we can dominate. I think we match up very well against their roster. |

Gonzaga won't have Elias Harris when we play Monday

Quote:
http://seattle.sbnation.com/gonzaga-...te-mri-results Report: Elias Harris Achilles' Injury Not Serious; Only Expected To Miss One Week Nov 17 6:07p by Brian Floyd Breath deep, Zags. Sophomore forward Elias Harris reportedly got good news after an MRI today: his Achilles' tendon is not torn. The injury won't keep Harris sidelined for long, perhaps as short as one week. Fox Sports' John Goodman broke the news on Twitter. That sigh of relief you just heard was from Gonzaga. Elias Harris Achilles is NOT torn; expected to miss about a week or so - per a source.less than a minute ago via TweetDeckJeff Goodman goodmanonfox A torn Achilles' tendon could've been a devastating injury for both Harris and the Zags. Instead of resting for a week or so, Harris was staring down the barrel of a year-long recovery timetable and the possibility that his play would never be the same. The week off serves as a benefit in two different ways for Harris. Already dealing with a shoulder injury, it will give Harris the chance to rest and recover from that previous injury. The time off will also serve the primary benefit of allowing his Achilles to recover fully, limiting risk of re-injury. The news is great for Gonzaga fans who needed something positive after last night's 79-76 loss to the San Diego State Aztecs in Spokane. The only question left is whether Harris will be able to go when the Zags square-off against Kansas State on Nov. 22. |

Well, either way an ugly win is better than any loss. Congrats on the win, I was just suprised when I saw the score. |
Well we won, but not impressive tonight. KSU was flat as a pancake, apparently looking ahead to KC. Zags and Dook will own us with this effort, but I expect a renewed enthusiasm Monday evening.
|
KSU apparently needs Kelly, because that was just terrible.
|
the classic "trap game"? This one sandwiched between ranked opponents. Defense was sorely lacking.
|
If he's not back on Tuesday night, I'm gonna be pissed. They'll need him to beat Duke.

If you believe trap games are nothing more than a chiche' you've never played sports at a very high level. You don't prepare for an opponent, it's quite possible to play at a less than normal level against them. |
