Not Q. Just reveraled tonight on 60 minutes. It's fabulous. I can't wait to shoot one of those things down and see what kind of goodies are inside.

As long as don't shoot down the one carrying my blu-rays, it's all good.

Pizza Hut and Dominos should develop this technology as well.

I wonder when the technology would make that an affordable option for the big chain pizza companies.

That would put a shit ton of low skill people out of work, though.

All "drones", formerly known as planes, helicopters and remote control planes and helicopters, are evil. They'll shoot ya dead for jaywalking of for thinking conservative thoughts.

I'm going to snag that cool drone when it lands and sell it on ebay.

Eleazar 12-02-2013 07:01 AM

Looks like a cool idea. The report said this was a few years away, but the current "drones" can deliver things up to 5 or 8 pounds or something, within a 10 mile radius.

I suppose it could be cost effective since they are all electric and the whole process is automated.

Mr_Tomahawk 12-02-2013 07:04 AM

Yeah....good luck with that...

Weather....kids with paintball guns....giant robots eating birds....

BlackHelicopters 12-02-2013 07:48 AM

Will never happen. Not practical.

Fire Me Boy! 12-02-2013 07:53 AM

How much does an AIDS tree weigh? I'd like to send one to Denver.

jd1020 12-02-2013 07:54 AM

How exactly do these things navigate?

Seems like a flawed idea.

scho63 12-02-2013 07:59 AM

What happens when there are 10,000,000 drones all hovering around like bumble bees and smashing into each other?

While it seems like a neat idea, I don't like it or need it. Who cares if it takes an extra day or two for your book, your jeans, your shoes, etc? It's only stuff......
