Chiefs, Raiders avoiding yellow
 

While they are both just 1-2, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders have been among the cleanest teams in the NFL through the first three weeks of the season.

The Chiefs are tied for the fewest penalties in the NFL with 12 and lead the league in least penalty yardage at 98. The Raiders are fourth in the NFL with 14 penalties and second at 102 penalty yards.

While the Chiefs’ discipline is impressive, the news here is what Oakland is doing. It has long been the league’s least-disciplined team -- and last season set NFL records for penalties and penalty yardages

Discipline was Job One for new coach Dennis Allen and he is succeeding in that area. Kudos to both Allen and Kansas City coach Romeo Crennel for instilling discipline in their teams. That’s a good sign for the future for both clubs.

I am wondering the same thing... But hey, I knew the Raiders changed when Big Ben went to the line and started barking to try to get us to jump offsides...

We didn't jump or even flinch so something has changed in Oakland, we always fall for that shit like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football

Or shows how biased the regular refs are...

Raiders and Chiefs have just gotten away with more.

The Chiefs got away with A LOT in last week's game.

Don't expect that to happen very much. Because last week was laughable to be honest.

I just want it back like the good old days when our hard fought games mean something more than bragging rights for a week on a message board..

I wonder if any of those replacement refs took any bribes this season? I mean... Who would know ?

Although I shudder with revulsion at the concept of conceding a point to a sickeningly abhorrent and mephitically repugnant Faider fan whose hygienic habits are undoubtedly similar to those of the nauseatingly loathsome humpback hairy frog ... I agree.

Except for Routt, that guy has more flags than the U.N..

When he played for us but hey, your mileage may vary.

He's actually been playing some pretty good ball, though. I've been a little surprised. I mean, considering the fact that we're 1 and 2 with two blowouts and our only win was against a hapless team with no coach and who would have defeated us soundly had we not been phenomenally lucky and the replacement refs had followed the rules.
