lift top table hardware

I built a coffee table. I want it to have a lift top. I have searched for the hardware the best I can, but have had no luck. Rockler makes them, but only in a specific size which is too big for my table. I'm taking a shot in the dark that maybe one of you have made a lift top table before and can tell me where to find the hardware. It either needs to be adjustable, or seperate pieces for each side. Any help would be appreciated.

Really surprised Rockler doesn't have it.

Don't think that's what he's after. The type of hardware he wants raises the entire table top, keeping it parallel to the ground. It's good for eating or working at the couch.

I don't know, maybe I'm searching wrong, but I can't find what I'm looking for. Rockler has the hardware, but it's for a specific size table which is bigger than the one I built. WV, love the website! But they don't have what I want. Again maybe I'm just bad at searching. I typed in lift top table hardware, but what I want didn't come up. Thanks for your help though. I'll keep looking.
