Which cell phone carrier is better in the Olathe or JOCO area?

Sprint or ATT?

(Verizon screwing grandfathered in customers and my contract is just about up)

Sprint is much cheaper and unlimited data plan. (however...no I can't get 4G at work and concerned about coverage in my home). Also concerns about their buyout...

ATT is larger, from the interwebs I see that the network speeds are better. I know people at work get better reception inside the building. I'd be stuck with 5GB plan (cheaper than what I pay at Verizon for unlimited).
