OTTAWA, Kan. – Authorities have identified the woman and two men who were found slain on an eastern Kansas farm earlier this week.

Franklin County Sheriff Jeffrey Richards said at a news conference Wednesday that the two men lived at the farm in Ottawa, a community about 50 miles southwest of Kansas City. They were 30-year-old Andrew A. Stout and 31-year-old Steven E. White.

He says the other victim was 21-year-old Kaylie Bailey, an Olathe woman who was last seen with her 18-month-old daughter at the farm May 1. Friends have said Bailey and Stout were dating.

Authorities haven't said how the victims died. Richards says investigators are still trying to find Bailey's daughter, Lana.

Authorities found Bailey's vehicle in Emporia on Tuesday and have been questioning a man they picked up there.

Obvious terrorist attack. I'd start profiling any men wearing dresses immediately.

Was an assault pressure cooker involved in any way?

I'd be absolutely shocked if that baby is found alive. It's a sad situation.

OTTAWA, Kan. —Franklin County, Kan., Sheriff’s Office said an arrest has been made in a triple slaying, and a missing 18-month-old girl is presumed dead. Sheriff Jeff Richards said Kyle Flack, 27, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder in the case.

The child's mother, Kaylie Kathleen Bailey, 21, was found dead earlier this week with two men -- identified as Steven Eugene White, 31, Andrew Adam Stout, 30, both of Ottawa, at a property in rural Ottawa.

Kaylie and her daughter, Lana Bailey, were reported missing last week. Their car was recovered late Tuesday in Emporia, about 50 miles from where the bodies were found.

Investigators said they have not recovered the child's body, but said that they believe she is a homicide victim.

"It's really senseless. The other killings are not understandable in most of our minds. But that one would really not be understood. You think, 'Why would you kill this little girl who can't identify him, can't talk to anybody?'" said Andrew Pettijohn, Lana Bailey's great-grandfather.

Authorities said they would not discuss a possible motive in the case and stressed it was an ongoing investigation.

Richards said a team from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children will help with the case. The sheriff also said that a mounted search and rescue team would be utilized in the search for Lana.
