According to the Aiken Department of Public Safety, Merriweather reportedly entered the staffing agency and was seated for an interview when the incident took place. The interviewer told detectives that she was gathering personal information about the applicant, such as his name and date of birth, when she looked down and noticed that his penis was fully exposed and in his hand.
