Also, I've determined the Great Philosophical Error of our times: the erroneous desire to create a "winning culture" by winning now. How about creating a Championship Culture? If done correctly, it might take a little longer. But for a franchise that tasted only the sunny side of the dogs ass since before I was born, you're going to tell me you can't wait a couple of season?
