ESPN is reporting that Von Miller could be suspended for up to four games to start the season. - Ron Chenoy-US PRESSWIRE

ESPN has tweeted that All Pro Von Miller may face a four game suspension. The case is currently under appeal.

ESPN is "reporting" (1st red flag) that it "could be up to 4 games" (2nd red flag)

I'll wait for a more legitimate report than ESPN speculation before I get a bit excited for more trouble for the donks

Not really. The amendment specifically says that employers can restrict use any way they want.
