Ok... started this shit for realsies today. I have downed about 8 16oz cups of coffee instead of my normal Pepsi. Skipped brekkers as usual and had a dick ton of oatmeal for lunch.

I remember losing 68lb in two months when I went to enlist WAY back in the day. I did it once... I can do it again.

I've done it before too. Only then, I did it by living off of yogurt and cereal bars. I'm not a big breakfast eater myself, but I did cut out the coffee (only had one cup per day anyway). I have not had any caffeine this year.

For lunch today I had a salad with baby spinach, grilled chicken, carrots, and two tablespoons of ranch dressing.

For dinner is a navy bean soup with corn, roasted red pepper, tomato, and seasoning. Probably a yogurt for dessert.

I'm not a water drinker, but I know I need to. I got some Crystal Light. Makes it much easier.

P.S. Never eat corn... Want proof?

What do they feed pigs to make them fat?

All I've eaten today was about 8oz of Turkey Lunch Meat and 2 slices of cheese, and then a piece of string cheese that I fried.

I'm ****ing starving. Drinking water doesn't make the hunger go away.

The only thing that does for me is coffee, and I'm not about to start drinking coffee at almost midnight.

You should get some SuperStim.

Great appetite suppressant and clean energy boost.

That's a lot of cheese. A lot of calories that consist mostly of fat calories. And frying it adds even more fat. While some fat is good, not the kind that's found in processed cheese. Nuts, especially almonds, have good fat, but not the salted or honey roasted ones. Also, did you put mayo on your sandwich? I've switched to mustard. More spice and less calories. :)

While most of mine at this point is water weight, I am down nearly 5 lbs. Only weighing once per week (Mondays), but I got curious this morning.

My issue is I need to walk or something at least an hour a day. The free parking across the bridge for Hockey games should help with that, thats 30 minutes round trip. But its only 2-3 times a week.

And why hasn't the OP been updated? That Pest is such a slacker. :p

Fell off the wagon last night. I did do good all day before that though. I went to see a couple of friends of mine play at a wine bar last night. Fancier place where they serve 4 oz steaks on top of asparagus. The special I ordered had that along with ahi tuna on top of pasta in a spinach sauce. Excellent meal, but I have a feeling the sauces were not friendly to weight watching. Also had some great sushi. Water with dinner, but then had two beers once the latenight happy hour started.

That's okay. It was one evening. Back on the wagon today.

Is it no-carb?

Does taking it make you want to get up and go do something?

That's what I'm looking for.
