Since this is likely going to be an ongoing discussion, I'm moving it to the Media Center.

Also it accepts a mini sd (I have a 16 gb in mine)
Also it has a Full size USB slot and if you are a reader of the Nook , they have an app. Wife likes to read her books better on the Nook than the G-tab because there is no glare on the screen and the nook is lighter but if it's a low light situation, the G does well as a nook reader...

Responsiveness is very good and the battery life is excellent.... I had no problem when I paid 409.00 for mine even at that price and I do not regret buying it...
Angry Birds kick ass on the big screen... :thumb: Surfing is a breeze. Tapatalk works well as does Forum runner... Pandora works fine. Internet radio is good.
I doubt you will be disappointed.... Was told after you modify it with TNT or the other famous one it is about the best one on the market for hundreds less than the XOOM.

Did you root yours?

Just curious to see if I will lose some of the included apps once I root it.

Yea when you put a different rom like TNT it roots it... you are forced to put clockworkmod on it now because it is suppose to prevent you from bricking it ...

The forum you need to ask any and everything is here
I am by no means an expert but it was simple enough for a dumb old country boy to figure out, I am sure the geniuses on this forum will have no problem.:thumb:

oh and as far as losing anything... If you have a Droid now and use your email on your new device (gmail) all those apps you purchased for your phone are available to you to download, you do not have to pay again.

And if that's not cheap enough for you, just go to the Google and type someappname and apk and you will get a place to download that, you will then be able to install from the sd card and to the sd card and not use up your internal memory.

Is it better than your laptop? No... is it fun to mess with when you are laying in the bed and the ole lady don't want to make love? Yes

I don't own anything android. I was just wondering if things like the included Angry Birds would disappear or anything. Sounds like I just have to register it before I root it so it will show that I own Angry Birds is al.

Angry birds does not come standard or rooted that I know of but it's easy and free to get.

As far as the rooting stuff, I don't know your tech level but please be careful, I don't want you to brick it...

Android is built around a gmail account and it's exactly like a Droid but it's just bigger and you can't make calls on it....

Good Luck

I am the same way.. one last thing to remember, when you put the new tnt or whatever you choose on it, sometimes the market will be missing things so see video below to fix

You guys will have to let me know what you think. I'm holding out until the Honeycomb tablets start hitting the market in force, but I refuse to pay more than $500 (probably $400) for one.

If you wait until then it will be outdated too.... I figure someone will put Honeycomb on a G real soon.

Out of the box the Gtab sucks , put the right rom on it and it kicks ass.

I just wish it was a normal SD slot and not a micro. I have a HD quality SD card and nothing to put it in. Wish I could sell it.
