I think what's also happening is the overall team is worse than 2010. Especially on defense and special teams. Because of this, Cassel has been forced to carry more of the load trying to keep up with the opposition offense which has resulted in more INTs and turnovers.

I still think there is talent on this team.

The roster needs to be tweaked.

We need a new QB and a new coaching staff.

Talent on paper perhaps. I'm still undecided on a few guys....are they underachieving or overrated?

Certainly a new coaching staff would help.
