And, no shit, Sherlock... stop drives, limit yards will result in lower points.

Show me those previous comments? I don't believe this post or those posts are deviating in any way, shape, or form from my stance that I don't give a shit about yards as long as the point total is kept low.

I'm just trying to call you out on your bullshit, dude. You know goddamn well the Chiefs D that played against the Bills is not the Chiefs D you're going to get on Sunday. Or maybe you don't. In that case, I guess you'll find out yourself.

You can find 'em...

No, I can't. Give me one example. Are you talking about months ago? Last year? Yesterday? This thread? Show me.

RealSNR 11-14-2013 04:11 PM

"Now" I care about yards given up?

How the **** did you arrive at that conclusion? Did you misread my post?

Donks first game of the season Vs the Ravens. No one knew what
to expect from the Donks. Everyone knew the Ravens Defense wasn't
going to be anything close to the Defense they've fielded over
the past decade. Ravens D has gotten better ever week since this game.

Broncos 41 @ Giants** 23
Giants record 3-6
Giants Defense 26th Pts/G, 10th pass.

Brother Vs Brother. Giants were 0-1 at this time. This was the
game we pretty much realized that the Giants weren't the same
Defense, or offense over the last couple years.

Raiders** 21 @ Broncos 37
Raiders record 3-6
Raiders Defense 21st Pts/G, 20th pass.

Meh it's the Faiders.

Eagles** 20 @ Broncos 52
Eagles record 5-5
Eagles Defense 20th Pts/G, 31st pass.

This is about the time that everyone realized that Chip Kelly's
offense wasnt going too burn up the NFL

Broncos 51 @ Cowboys** 48
Cowboys record 5-5
Cowboys Defense 23rd Pts/G, 32nd pass.

Tony Romo played a beautiful game too throw it all away on the
last pass of the game.

Jaguars 19 Broncos 35** 19 @ Broncos 35
Jaguars record 1-8
Jaguars Defense 32nd Pts/G, 13th pass.

Jags Defense hit BrokeNeck and kept it close. This was the game
the "National Media" realized that the Donks are beatable.

Broncos 33 @ Colts 39
Colts record 6-3
Colts Defense 9th Pts/G, 17th pass.

The "Homecoming". That realization came true. Plus the "BrokeNeck
Can't Win the BIG GAME".

Redskins 21 @ Broncos 45
Redskins record 3-6
Redskins Defense 31st Pts/G, 26th pass.

What no breakdown... yeah I got nothing for you on this game, or the
Skins. Except that they are improving and when the Chiefs actually
play them they will be a much improved team. (Barring Injury of course)

Broncos 28 @ Chargers 20
Chargers record 4-5
Chargers Defense 13 Pts/G, 28th pass.

Crybaby and the Dolts almost won this if my memory is correct. Not saying
it is... but I could be right.

**Chiefs also faced these teams.

KC 28 @ JAC 2
DAL 16 @ KC 17
KC 26 @ PHI 16
NYG 7 @ KC 31
OAK 7 @ KC 24

Teams the Chiefs have faced and the Donks haven't. Adding the rush defense
as well cause the Chiefs have a running game.

KC 26 @ TEN 17
Ten record 4-5
Defense 10th Pts/G, 6th pass, rush 18th

HOU 16 @ KC 17
Hou record 2-7
Defense 28th Pts/G, 1st pass, 14th rush

CLE 17 @ KC 23
Cle record 4-5
Defense 11th Pts/G, 9th pass, 6th rush

KC 23 @ BUF 13
Buf record 3-7
Defense 24th Pts/G, 25th pass, 30th rush

So are you saying that Denver has faced worse overall defenses and that is why our offense is the best in the league? If so I can make the exact same argument for the offenses the Chiefs have faced compared to Denver's.

Denver vs offenses

Ravens: #29 in yards, $22 in pts,
Redskins: #5 in yards, #11 in points,
Chargers: #7 in yards, # 18 in points,
Colts: #13 in yards, #14 in points,

Averages: #13 in yards, #13 in points.

Chiefs vs offenses

Titans # 21 in yards, #19 in points
Bills # 16 in yards, # 20 in points
Texans #9 in yards, # 27 in points
Browns # 25 in yards, #26 in points

Average: # 18 in yards, # 23 in points scored

Not only have the Chiefs faced significantly inferior offenses, these just happen to be the teams that they played against backup qb's.

Titans: Locker Out
Bills: EJ Manual out , Thad Lewis out
Texans: Schaub out, also lost Foster
Browns: Weeden, Hoyer out

So not only have you faced incredibly inferior offenses, you played all four with backup qb's. Obviously the defensive ranks for the Broncos are far lower that would be having missed 19 man games on defense to starters as opposed to 2 for the Chiefs.

Lets look at other metrics

Sacks allowed, Turnovers allowed

Chiefs

Titans: 19th most sacks allowed, # 20 in most turnovers
Bills: 4th most sacks allowed, 9th most turnovers,
Texans: 13th most sacks allowed, 7th most turnovers
Browns: 8th most sacks allowed, #24 in turnovers

Average: 11th most sacks, #15th in turnovers

Broncos:

Ravens: #7 in sacks allowed, #12 in turnovers
Redskins: # 27 in sacks allowed, #13 in turnovers
Chargers #29 in sacks allowed, #26 in turnovers
Colts: #21 in sacks allowed, # 29 in turnovers

Averages: #21 in sacks allowed, #20 in turnovers allowed

That is an absurd assumption. Keenum has 3 games under his belt, there is no statistical way to prove that Keenum is better than Schaub after only three games. Campbell has more talent than Weeden perhaps, but based on your own logic Brian Hoyer is better than either of them and he was hurt for your game.
