We wouldn't have America without this type of thinking. Best part is that we only know of the stories history recorded and kept. I'm fascinated by the human-level drama we would get to see. I wonder if they'd film themselves, have Big Brother imbedded cameras, or send a willing camera team that would have to be socially isolated to maintain the objectivity. Probably some combination of the former.

If I were single, and had very few family ties, I think this would be awesome and terrifying to do.

Sadly, I am sure it is a death mission, there are just too many things that could go wrong that would have extremely limited options to try to rectify things. But trying it would be like nothing else imaginable.
