I haven't had any in a couple years, so I bought a bag, and I can't put them down. The problem is they cost roughly a trillion dollars a bag.

I need a 12 step program.

The key is to get pistachios that are still in their shells so you have to take the time and get them out, which slows you down and prevents you from stuffing them all in your mouth at once.

dude...I saw a huge bag at Costco of UNSHELLED pistacios. holy shit.

at least with the effort of shelling them you can somewhat limit how much you eat. but I can't imagine a bag of shelled 'stacios. I'd knock out an entire bag alone.;

First of all, yeah, they are really good. My tongue gets sores on it from the salt because I like to put the salty nut in my mouth and suck on it before I crack it open and get to the delicious nutty inside. Nohomo.
