I have a Mossberg 500 I usr for duck hunting and a nice Winchester. I love them bit but the Mossberg is excellent for duck and clays. Only reason I would change it isif I got a semi auto.

Then again this would probably be awesome for sporting clays too! :D <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/WOoUVeyaY_8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

Brownings are too heavy. I like the Benellis

I'd stick with the Remington 870 and just change the barrel to a tighter/looser choke if it's not hitting the clays.
Helluva gun IMHO. |
I have an 870 Express and I don't think I'd change. Sure, its plain-jane looking, but its super dependable and there are tons of upgrades / mods you can get for it. I used a semi auto 12 recently and it was very unreliable...made me appreciate my simpler 870. Plus, you get that pump action sound that will scare the bejeeezus out of an intruder.

I've always been a huge Ithica/SKB guy. Never had a problem with them. Very dependable and affordable. I currently own 5 different 12 ga and one 10 ga. All semi autos.
However, can't go wrong with browning, Beretta or Benelli. |
