I'm looking for ideas?
The best I've had is a smoked brisket or a whole turkey deep fried in peanut oil....with a bud light appetiser manditory. Other neccesities for a successful tailgate? |
Brats boiled in Beer and Onions, then grilled over some coals at Arrowhead.

Is beer a food?
We try to mix it up a little. Last year we had some jambalaya? 3 levels of heat for all tastes. Man, that was good on a cold day. |

a few years back we drove down to a game w/the bolts and it was so cold the beer froze in the back of the truck...we had lobster tails, pork steaks and beer slurpies...what a time!

Cory - I always find them a little hard to chew, and the smelling and the screaming while they are being cooked just is too much of a hassle.
