At its highest point, Chiefs TV audience share beat Royals TV 38-13 on Friday night.

Thought KC was a baseball town?

my guess is that was probably at a point when Chiefs were winning and Royals were getting shelled.

National broadcast on NFLN versus FSKC (which a lot of us can't get).

But let's read something in to it.

And has a vested interest since his station owns the Chiefs pre and post game rights vs. his competitors having the same for the Royals.

162 regular season games, and a fairly meaningless one considering that the Royals are running away with the division.

The Chiefs play 20 games a year.

There are 162 baseball games per year and only 20 football counting preseason. Shocker.

Keitzman has been butthurt ever since the Royals decided to not build a stadium downtown, ruining his plans of dumping an 810 Zone in P&L and preventing him from shooting the lease rates sky high in his Western Auto building. Good to see that he has gotten over it (not really).

Dumb post. Mainly because KK. Never heard a guy get so negative about a 1st place local team because it's carried on a competitor's station. But whatever.

Do this. Count how many people you see in Royals gear over the next week. Do the same with Chiefs gear. You will have your answer.
