Let's say the Chiefs land 2 2nds. How would you grade these moves back into the 1st?
 

Chiefs trade away Branden Albert for a 2nd rounder, which gives them a pick in the middle of the 2nd.

Chiefs trade down from 1.1 to 1.4 with the Eagles, giving them a 2nd rounder atop the round.

That gives the Chiefs:

So let's say an attractive player starts falling in the first, and the Chiefs package some of these picks to make a move. How would you grade it, based on the player?

You are starting wayyyy too many threads.

For the most part they are not bad though. I'd love this scenario. I think it gives us a chance to still grab a tackle at 4 (which i think we'd do at 1 anyway), then grab a safety, WR, and developmental QB with the next three picks.

1.1 to 1.4 only nets you 2.4?

And you end up losing Albert, no QBotF, and a replacement for Albert that won't upgrade the position after getting your first #1 pick in the draft.

Yep...a 2nd round pick isn't enough for a potential franchise QB.

Just plan on keeping Albert and drafting Fisher to man RT position. We'll get Tyler Wilson in the 3rd and linebackers in 4,5,6,7

I don't know what you guys want this forum to look like. I honestly don't.

I'm not a big fan of trading back up into the first round this year. I gave unenthusiastic Bs to the Werner and Eifert possibilities and Ds or Fs to all the others.

That's all fair and all, but that's not the trade I'm asking you to grade.

It's fail all around because you are hitching your wagon to a shitty QB, who couldn't have been asked to do any less than he was asked of from Harbaugh, who's only completed 25% of the seasons he's started.

Interpret it however you want, I suppose.
