I recognize that they have to keep order and control in their courtroom, but it seems like we hear of some excessive behavior by judges sometimes. This fits that bill.

Chad Johnson is a ****ing idiot and probably deserves it. But I really ****ing hate how judges can do shit like this just to teach a celebrity some stupid lesson on authority and respect. Complete waste of taxpayer money.

judge made it about her ... not the case. She had already accepted the plea agreement until the courtroom laughed. Then she got up on her soapbox and declared her butthurt for all the world to see.

I'm not a chad johnson fan ... many of these celebs get away with too much shit but this was just petty bullshit.

Either accept the plea or don't ... a buttslap to your own male attorney shouldn't have anything to do with it.

Thirty days in jail? This judge felt like being a bitch, so a man has to spend 30 days in jail. How is that justice?

You've got a husband who allegedly abuses his wife. You've got police handling the situation. You've got a probation officer monitoring the situation. You've got lawyers negotiating. You've got a verdict reached... All of this takes a back seat to a guy smacking his lawyer on the butt in a "good job" gesture.

It's a joke, not justice. We are supposed to be the land of the free, yet we have more people in jail than any country in the world.
