Yeah, I thought you were part of that discussion... it's in one of the douche polls. Like Phobia said, if someone is a big enough douche to get 60 votes, they can take a 2 month vacation. Likewise, if the community doesn't think someone is a big enough of a douche to be banned, they won't get banned for very long or at all.
