Were you alive when the Chiefs won the Superbowl?

I'm curious who was around back then...

I WAS 4

I was in the Air Force then and stationed in Duluth. (Yes, I'm an old fart.) The Vikings fans all sneered at the Chiefs before the game. It was interesting how the attitudes changed after the game.

Nope. And even if I live to a hundred, I won't be around for the next one they make it to.

Thats what truly pisses me off. I was 7 months old so I can say they won a superbowl in my lifetime. But I can't truly say I have experienced the Chiefs winning a superbowl. SUCKS

My dad was 11.

I was 3 1/2.

Interestingly, I remember watching the Apollo 11 moon landing in July 1969, but I don't remember the Super Bowl.

In fact, I remember all the Apollo missions after that. I was more into space stuff and sci-fi back then than I was sports.

The first SB I remember watching was SB VII in Jan. 1973, the Dolphins beating the Redskins to cap a perfect season.

I was 5.....Don't remember that game but remember the suck of the 70s and 80s though....

Several of my friends came over to my folks house and my mom made tacos for SB I. That was about the only good thing that happened that day. SB IV was different. My future wife and I watched it in the Student Union with a couple hundred other students on 2 TVs. They might have been 27 inch giants. As soon as the game was over, we took off for KC.

I was 8 years old. My parents were watching it at a another couple's house. I remember the game being on, but can't say I really watched it. My brother and I were more interested in playing with our Hot Wheels cars with the other couple's son.

I was 8 years as well but living on a farm we didn't watch much tv. Dad always made sure we had something to do besides watching the "boob tube"
