I remember at Arrowhead the Sunday after he passed they played some of his songs. It was kind of moving

Johnny crossed over to real rock like no other country artist before or since.

Its between him and Hank Sr. as to who is most responsible for rock and roll from the country side... either way, there is NO loser in that contest.

RIP Mr. Cash and thank you for the music.

2 of the men I admire the most were born on this day, JC and my son.

Maybe the best song of his last 10 years, he just had this metaphysical/spiritual angle toward the end that is impossible to define.

Hard rock/hard Gospel... this guy didn't just sing spirituals because they made money, he felt them.
