You don't have to go back 5 years, just compare early March bodies to late March bodies or current physiques. I'd say batista's gained in the neighborhood of 35-40, and Orton/HHH 20-30. Cena looks the same as he always has (and he's the one guy who's been vocal all along about being natural).

And I'm not sure it's as much about weight as it is about what they look like. Batista and HHH in particular are absolutely shredded right now. Just look at them.
