Phyllis 2 maybe 3 years left as a starter. The charders will probably keep him , while cutting ties with Norv. I believe they will regret their decision to keep him after next season and they will go in a different direction. I don't think Phyllis gets us where we want to be" SB" so he shouldn't even be a consideration.
