You're right.

Retaining Chuck would have improved recruiting...

Agreed. Losing continuously in embarrassing fashion attracts JUCO players. Why send a message that you want to win when you got that going for you?

Brady Hoke should be available any minute now.

That's the best thing to come out of this Weis disaster.

kstater 09-28-2014 08:28 AM

Harbaugh has to be the first call right?

Bambi 09-28-2014 08:28 AM

Great move. Getting out in front of the head coaching search.

ILChief 09-28-2014 08:31 AM

WTF happened to KU football?

kchero 09-28-2014 08:41 AM

Good move. I'm all for patience especially when a coach is trying to rebuild things but enough is enough, keep cutting bait until you find "the guy".

bdj23 09-28-2014 08:41 AM

Thank god.

Mr_Tomahawk 09-28-2014 08:43 AM

Harbaugh?

Eh...he will end up at Michigan.

Much like K-State, outside of some great fortune over a short period of time, "ku football" has never been substantial. It's a secondary sport to basketball. That's the truth, and it's why sustained success at Kansas is very difficult to do. And at K-State (Post Snyder) I fully expect a great season being .500 or MAYBE a bowl. For example: See Iowa State.
