The sponsor(s) of the contest will say that, just prior to the shot, he walked with the ball...so based on that technicality, he's not getting the money.

LeBron looked seriously hyped for him. I now love LeBron James.

The sponsor just purchases an insurance policy in the contests. The insurance company would be who would fight it.

That will buy him a lot of highlights and Ed Hardy shirts.

Two years ago someone hit the half court shot on consecutive Sunday Night games in OKC. Hasn't happened since. Crazy it happened two weeks in a row. They only give away a messily 20k though :)

LeBron is a good guy though. He's had his maturity issues, but who wouldn't with his talent?

LeBron has always been incredibly easy for me to cheer for...as opposed to Kobe, who I think is a little bitch. I'll never get over the way he acted during that Phoenix series way back when when he tanked game 7 to show everyone how great and important he was.
