I'm down for Norf as OC.

I used to wish the Chargers would demote him to OC, (knowing that could never happen).
After today's performance against the Cleveland Steamers I renounce any comments I may have made on this board promoting any coaching ability to be held by Mr. Norf. He has proven, time and time again, that he is incapable of getting the best out of his players and he is not able to get them to win despite their inefficiencies.
It has gotten to the point where he cannot even defeat the lowly 1-6 Browns.

Trust me, you do not want Norb as offensive coordinator. The game has totally passed him by. He's still calling seven-step drops and slow-developing plays despite the fact that we have no O-line and offenses have sped up.

Maybe Norv and Romeo could form a co-coaching tandem of outdated philosophies. It'd be da gretest.
