That's a buy.

i want this game, but right now i'm not sure if i will ever buy another xbox game again. xbox live banned my console for some reason that no body can explain. they even had the nerve to tell me they didn't have to explain anything to me. so its looking right now i will have to move to the ps3 because i will not buy another xbox so they can ban me again and make me buy another xbox...

Did you call them or email? And was it your original 360 or used or did you allow someone else to get you an achievement or vice versa??

i called, and left a couple messages on the forum. i bought it as a refurb 6 months ago from best buy and i just now am having problems, and no, i'm the only one that plays it.
