I've been looking for an XMU replacement and the Current from MPR comes pretty darn close. KCRW, the NPR station in LA, is good also.

Any other internet/iPhone stations I'm missing?

Our local college radio has an online broadcast, and they're pretty badass.

Unfortunately, during the summertime, it does go to a lot of Robot DJ. Their Robot DJ is better than most station's normal one, though.

You can download the free VLC media player and use their Shoutcast which will allow you to listen to thousands of different radio stations.
