No, he's not dumb. In fact his command of the English language is almost as good as mine. He just doesn't play well with others as he has never been allowed to do so. You should have seen what a mess he was when he first got here. He had absolutely no respect for the rights of the rest of the board. He would post 10 or 12 new threads anytime he felt like it. Phil quickly reined him in after he was banned a few times. Although it doesn't excuse him, he was raised by Jehovah's Witness parents who didn't much allow him to socialize with his peers while growing up. No Christmas, no Halloween or any other of the things normal children do to interact with others. He is still an attention whore but is much improved over what he was when he got here.
