-- Staying up too late on weeknights
Do you ever do it? How do you stop? Can you wake up early anyway? I need a solid 10 hours of sleep to really do my thing.

I can function on 5 1/2 - 6 hrs of sleep...which usually means I'm getting to bed at 1 AM. Sometimes if I'm really worn out, I'll head to bed at midnight.

With all these NBA and NHL games going into OT, I have been doing this alot lately. Strong coffee will help, and Mt Dew or something for the day.

Anyway. Shit, I've always stayed up too late. And I get up at 4:30 every weekday lately. I actually feel like crap if I get 8 hours sleep anymore. It sure isn't due to eating right because my eating habits are horrifying. |
