Whats going on with all the old movies and shows from my childhood. It's like "hey the economy is ****ed, the world is ****ed, don't you miss the good old days. Remember 21 Jump Street, how about the 3 stooges they made you smile. Mad Max kicked ass, hey will even throw in Thundercats for you too"
KNOCK IT THE **** OFF. |

Please no...
Wow, are they on a mission to turn every piece of shit old TV show into a movie now? They ran out of crappy old movies to remake or something?
Meanwhile, Starship Troopers is just begging for a remake that is true to the actual story.
More original thoughts from Hollywood.
Are they even trying anymore? |
no one went to go watch the hugh jackman robot movie. so they stopped creating new movies.
You know what Hollywood needs to do?
Make a kick ass Mummy Movie! Mummies need an update. Zombies got an update. Vampires got an update. Why not Mummies? They're basically like Zombies..... I'm imagining a kick ass Mummy movie, made in the same kinda form as the Decent. Fast, agile, predator Mummies. Some archeoligists discover a lost tomb buried at the bottom of the Nile.....they explore and discover that it's harboring some sick, blood thirsty mummies! |
They are all making money, so they are just going with the flow. Obviously some will bomb, but if a majority are making money, for the suits, why not keep doing it.
Someone needs money...
Shockingly, this thing is getting great reviews. Anyone interested? Alledgedly, Depp makes a cameo.
After listening to Hill's interview on H Stern this looks like a great show. It sounded like a horrible idea, but Jonah supposedly turned in a great script.
STOKED
I wish they would have pitched the idea then changed the name. It doesn't look anything like the TV. good job getting good reviews though.
