The cops can't be everywhere. There's also been stuff like high school kids wandering around at the tailgate, selling mardi gras beads and other stuff to raise money for their cheerleading squad, or volleyball team, or whatever. That doesn't bother me, although if I had a teenage daughter I don't think I'd want her wandering the lot at Arrowhead with all those drunken maniacs getting lubed up for the game.
Another thing I was thinking about today is, why do players who leave us always seem to thrive elsewhere? Look at yesterday: Chargers had Gaither starting at tackle, Battle and McClain in the backfield, Williams at linebacker, all former Chiefs who were let go. Last night I see Babin playing for Philly. Waters starting for New England and played in the Super Bowl last year. Pollard starts for Baltimore now. Carr went to Dallas. We've got guys who were "not right 53" material all over the league on other teams. So why are they not good enough here, but starting for teams better than us now?
