I can't figure out what song is stuck in my head and it's driving me nuts. Normally I can sleuth these things on my own by grabbing a few lyrics and doing some googling, but it's not working.

And I can't get on with my day when I'm trying to think of these sorts of things.

The song has a melody that is similar to "every little thing she does is magic" (not the dumb chorus, but the other parts). Fairly certain the song I am thinking of is from the 80s, as well.

The singing is sort of mumbly/nasally, and there are multiple guys singing at the same time throughout the song.

I don't know, can anybody help? I'd love to move on with the rest of my day.

It's SO mumbly, man.

I think the chorus is something like, "staaaaaaaaaaaaaay here. I'll take you awaaaaaaaaaay." or maybe it's "baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaby. I'll take you away."

Something like that.

The song isn't incredibly obscure. I've heard it many times throughout my life, but I heard it the other day and I can't get it out of my head.
