Guy was involved in a car chase, looked very disoriented. Pulled out a gun and shot himself. He was wearing a Raiders jersey. Thought I'd throw that in.

Looks like it was a police chase that ended with a very graphic shooting. At least that is what I came up with when I did a google search on that link.
