Ah, OK. I was thinking of a different shooting. This is the sniper that was murdered by a vet with mental health issues.

Too bad the cartoonist couldn't figure out a way to illuminate our country's mental health problems, instead of trying to take a cheap shot at the NRA. I guess he just isn't creative or honest enough to do that.
