Still think you're wrong. Almost positive its base of hand to tip of middle

I'm probably one of the few people on Earth who has measured his hands more than his dick.

When I was younger I used PING's online fitting app all the time.

Calvin Johnson has 9.3" hands.. you can't tell me that's tip of thumb to tip of pinky

I've looked and its from base of palm, where it meets the wrist and tip of middle finger. that's why it says hand length

It's just amazing to me that this time last year, he was being talked about as a top 10 pick in a draft that was much more lush than this one.

His arm strength was plenty fine then and that didn't regress this year.

looks like if I'm measuring right...my hands are about 8.5"

I'm 6'3" and have always been told my hands are pretty big...how do some of you guys have 10" hands? That doesn't even make sense.

They are measuring pinky to thumb, which I don't believe is the correct way.

I just measured:

8.5" from palm to tip of middle finger
9" from thumb to pinky

I'm 5'10

how do you even measure pinky to thumb?

Except I'm pretty damn sure I'm not. That would be really stupid measurement for anyone to use.

Who cares what is techinically correct.

We just care about how they're doing it at the combine. It's thumb to pinkie.

so do you spread your hands all the way out and then measure from the end of your thump to the tip of your pinkie?
