TOPEKA, Kan. -- Just when you thought you’ve seen everything, an Osage City, Kan., family captured a horse riding down the highway in the back of a car on Saturday.The video was taken by the Potter family of Osage City as the family drove north on I-75 between Osage City and Topeka around 2:15 p.m. The Potters were going to Walmart.“OK, there’s a car here,” Rick Potter said excitedly said in the video. “And in the back of this car, there’s a horse,” Potter exclaimed.
