Eric says " please no horses or Tightends, I am deathly scared of both."

Pretty sure that was Antonio Cromartie.

Damn it. We know where his PB check is going...straight to 9 locations around the country for child support.

I ran into Eric berry at our hotel on a game day morning. Lucky for me I had his jersey in my bag to wear at the stadium. He signed it for me, took his picture with us & visited till his car came up from valet. Very nice guy, took the time & seemed genuine. Anyway, I'm framing up the jersey to hang in my man cave. Should I include the pic of me & him in the frame with the jersey? Leaning towards just the jersey to keep it neat but looking for opinions.

CoMoChief 01-25-2013 08:39 AM

Does he talk about how he doesn't deserve to be there?

Personally, I would include the pic.

Yeah include the pic. I would.

But I've also never been a autograph guy. I think the picture would be a lot cooler than the signature.

Ha. The bitching about the rain and the fear of the dog that's like a mile away. He's my favorite.

Rambozo 01-25-2013 08:50 AM

Thanks for posting. That was great.

Canofbier 01-25-2013 08:52 AM

Did he say "Fear's got my phone tapped" at 0:20? Sounds like a Pioli reference!

He's a poet. All these esoteric allusions.

BigRock 01-25-2013 09:12 AM

Doing lines from Next Friday mid-practice. A truly great man.

The fact that Berry made the Pro Bowl shows how ridiculous the nomination is.

Not really, Berry is pretty well respected around the league.

I've stated this multiple times, but we've got an NFL QB that our shop is doing a car for and once in awhile i talk football with him.

He said that Eric Berry is a beast, even though he's having a down year. He said that he hopes Berry fully recovers from that injury because he's a great player and a really good guy. I didn't ask him about Berry, he brought Berry up himself.

It's not just the fans that vote, but the players and coaches do too. Clearly, Eric has their respect.

Yeah, I don't have the connection you do; but aren't fan votes only 1/3 of the final nomination? The other 2/3 are coaches and NFL players..

Its like everyone forgot how much of a beast he had turned into at the end of the 2010 season.

BlackHelicopters 01-25-2013 12:39 PM

Looking forward to another 63- 57 walk through. Yawn.

That might be the case, but Berry does not belong this year based on his play alone. The stats can easily back that up. Him making it supports the case that it's more of a popularity contest rather than a judge of talent.

Don't really care any more. Its more of a joke than a game. The players don't care, why should we?

chefsos 01-25-2013 03:59 PM

It would be so hilarious if Berry or one of the other Pro Bowlers brought all his teammates out to Hawaii. "Where the hell did all these shitty Chiefs come from?"

It's not as if it would cost much. Half the ****ing team's already there.

DTHOF 01-25-2013 04:31 PM

"Peel back and hit me there will consequences and retribution"........LOL

I dont think it was the injury as much as it was playing him out of position/lack of talent around him on the defense.

Bump 01-25-2013 05:22 PM

still wondering how he got in the pro bowl

Not that he was terrible, but he wasn't great. He flashed. But never made plays. Know what I mean?

Demonpenz 01-25-2013 05:27 PM

Eric Berry sucks.

Pasta Little Brioni 01-25-2013 05:45 PM

Dude was a monster the last month plus of the season. Expect him back next year with a full season of great play to back it up.

also, it looks like Travis Daniels is shooting pictures for the NFL as well.

@t_daniels34 is making history, first @NFL active player to be a credential photographer at 2013 pro bowl!
