How fast can I become debt free
 

I have 17 mortgages totaling $370,000 and $43,000 in credit card debt. No savings but my truck is paid for and I don't carry insurance.

I make well over $50,000 a year depending on how many days I take off,sometimes only $20,000 when the semen demand is low.

Anybody ?

Oh yeah. Forgot to include that. I normally spend $100 / week on lotto.

Also no college debt. School is dumb and a waste of money.

Probably a couple of days before you start pushing up daisies. But, at least you will have things set up nice for your wife's (if you are married) next beau.

Use the rental income to pay off the mortgages. If you make less money in a year than you owe out, file bankruptcy. Rule of thumb.
