OK, after watching the video, here is what I would do if I were you..
#1 check the door latch to make sure both contacts are seating properly and free from obstructions/grime etc.. #2 measure the resistance on the heating element (not sure if this is possible without disassembly but worth a shot.. if the resistance is too low you know it is shot.. if it's too high you may need to measure it properly in step 4) #3 make sure the water is circulating properly (sounds like it is according to what you're telling us but worth checking anyway.) #4 Start in depth troubleshooting by taking things apart and checking all the wiring and connections and properly measuring the heating element.
