Yep, Chiefsplanet has already voted on it. You have to buy a new one now.

I just bought a new Kenmore about a week ago. Was about $600, nice machine.

And yes it's very important to have water going to your dishwasher

Sure seems to work better when you do

I was working on ours last night.

While watching some youtube "common problems" video I saw this one.

They said often the impellers get stuck with grease/food. You basically take the bottom off, stick your finger in there and manually spin it to break it loose.

Sounds like a porno.

Why would you keep using a machine that was a pos for four ****ing years?

who would use a twenty five year old washing machine, think of the buildup inside that nasty thing

The DW still runs but loudly and does not clean like it should. So we have a hard time throwing away $600.

The washing machine is running because my hubby cleans and maintains it regularly. We have had to self repair some belts but that thing has been rock solid. They do not make appliances like that anymore.

We must have lucked out and ended up with one. It was super cheap because it had a bad paint chip and a scratch.
