Yeah I just used Velcro tape to mount the tubes and the power supply on the inside of the windowed panel.

Reading the reviews, this will not work for him, does not have the right connectors.

They have different connectors now?

Yikes.

Man, I've been having such a good time reading about this stuff and finding out how it all works and goes together. I'll often find myself during the day at work thinking about it. Pretty pumped to get the parts in front of me and put my rig together.

Not quite, same connectors, just not enough. it does not have enough to SLI, which is part of the reason he got the motherboard and power supply he did.

No matter how many systems you build, this will happen. It's a guy thing I guess. Kind of like waiting for a big game except you have more control and can build the gameplan from scratch. ;)

If it weren't a PNY I would ask for his number.

id try to go with Corsair best PSU out there

Shogun 11-29-2013 12:26 AM

I did choose the Corsair. Its a decent Mid Tier PSU (the cx series) that will get the job done and is modular

Corsair doesn't make their own PSU's.

Seasonic is regarded as the top manufacturer of PSU's.

In this case, the Corsair CX series is manufactured by Channel Well and that Antec is a rebranded Seasonic M12II. Corsairs TX/VX V2's are made by Seasonic along with a few others.
